How it works.

A first step required to be able to receive invoices in ROBAWS is a separate mailbox for purchase invoices. For this, it is best to take a mailbox that is dedicated just for this purpose. Would you rather not allow just anyone to send invoices via e-mail to that mailbox? Then set which e-mail addresses are valid for receipt.

Once the invoice has arrived in the mailbox, OCR can do its thing. The purchase invoice is read in and the invoicing details are automatically entered in the correct fields.

Remember that each document read costs €0.50 but investing in this means a tremendous time savings for the business. This allows you to focus on what really matters and that is managing your projects even better!
